WearBefore provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows users to visualize how clothing items would look on them through Telegram. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic images showing users wearing selected garments.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Have a valid Telegram account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment gateway
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

5. User Content and Privacy

When using our service:

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us permission to process your images for the virtual try-on service
• We do not store your personal photos permanently
• Generated try-on images are provided to you and then deleted from our servers
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms
• That the service will meet all your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

WearBefore and Usefulogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our service or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
